Contact us

Tell us the email address on your account and what you were trying to do. If it concerns a specific deposit, withdrawal, or trade, include the date and the amount — it helps us help you quicker.

Common questions

Adding funds

You can add funds by card or Apple Pay, by bank transfer, or by depositing crypto from another wallet or exchange. The routes available to you depend on where you are and on the currency you are funding in. If a deposit does not arrive, write to us with the date and amount before trying again.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals go back out through the routes available on your account. Close any position you want to realize first, since only your available balance can be withdrawn. For crypto withdrawals, send only to an address you control and that supports the network shown — a transfer to an unsupported or unintended address cannot be reversed or refunded.

Verifying your identity

Using Turbo requires you to verify your identity. The verification process collects your documents directly and tells us the outcome. If a check fails and you think it is wrong, write to us and we will look into it.

Fees

Turbo charges a 0.05% fee on the notional value of your trades. You are also subject to the underlying exchange and network fees. The fee applying to an order is shown before you confirm it, and the full schedule is in our Terms of Service.

Security and account access

If you cannot get into your account, or you think someone else has, write to us immediately at support@turbo.co. Keep your device locked and your email account secure, since access to your email is enough to sign in. We will never ask you for a recovery phrase, a private key, or a one-time code.

Closing your account

You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account, or by writing to us. Close any open positions and withdraw your balance first — the app will tell you if something is outstanding. What happens to your data afterward is set out in our Privacy Policy.
