Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address);
• the screens of the Application that you open, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on them;
• the operating system, device model, app version, language, and time zone you use;
• the markets you add to your watchlist, the order you keep them in, and the markets and track records you view;
• a notification token issued by your device, if you allow the Application to send you notifications.

Where a feature requires identity verification, the Application requests access to your camera and microphone for that purpose only, so that you can scan your identity document and complete a selfie check. That capture is handled by our verification partner. The Application does not use your camera or microphone for any other purpose.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device, and does not request access to your contacts or photos.

For a better experience, while using the Application, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address. Some features may also require you to verify your identity. That verification is carried out by our verification partners, who collect the documents they need directly from you and tell us the outcome. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

We may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

Third Party Access

The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies covering how they handle data. We use providers in the following categories, and we will give you the current list of them on request:

• analytics and error reporting, which help us understand use and fix faults;
• notification delivery and email delivery;
• sign-in providers, where you choose to sign in with an existing account;
• market data providers and identity verification partners;
• hosting and infrastructure providers that run the service on our behalf.

We may disclose information you provided and information collected automatically:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers who work on our behalf, have no independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set out in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the app marketplace.

You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message. We will still send you service messages about your account and security.

Data Retention Policy

We will retain the data you provide for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward.

You can delete your account from inside the app, at Profile → Settings → Delete account. You can also ask us to delete the data you have provided by writing to support@turbo.co, and we will respond in a reasonable time.

One thing we cannot delete. Where you have completed identity verification, we keep the verification records for the periods that applicable laws require, whether or not your account is still open.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under that age. If we discover that someone under 18 has provided personal information, we will delete it from our servers and close any associated account. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@turbo.co so that we can take the necessary action.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, and provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. No safeguard is perfect, so keep your device and your email account secure, and tell us at support@turbo.co as soon as you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new privacy policy. You are advised to consult this privacy policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of Aug 27, 2026.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set out in this privacy policy, now and as amended by us.
